Candidates must be Graduates of the University of Zambia or other recognized Universities who hold a Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences or a related Science field;
Candidates whom the university recognizes as having equivalent standing to holders of the Master’s Degree of the University;
Candidates who do not possess the primary degree but have completed a Master’s degree;
Notwithstanding the provisions stipulated in a, b and c, an applicant for admission to the Doctor of philosophy programme may be required to take a qualifying examination and in certain cases to pursue an approved course in preparation.
