Quality Assurance Directorate (QAD) office at the University of Zambia plays a crucial role in ensuring academic standards, maintaining institutional integrity, and promoting continuous improvement. Annual events
- Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET)
The Dirctorate ensure that Student fully participates in the evaluations of teaching as it serves as an essential feedback tool,which allow students to assess their instructors' teaching strategies, course content, and overall teaching effectiveness twice in an academic year, that is before the mid year Examinations and before the final year Examinations. This process plays a key role in upholding academic excellence and enhancing the learning experience at the University of Zambia. - Quality Assurance Committee (QAC) of Senate
The Quality Assurance Committee of Senate provides the overall supervision of the implementation and monitors the effectiveness of the Quality Assurancestrategies and practices in the University. - Higher Education Authority (HEA) Institutional Audit
The Directorate coordinates the preparation of an institutional self-assessment report for an HEA annual institutional audit as and when requested by HEA.
