The University of Zambia (UNZA) Graduate School of Business (GSB) Library provides various services to support the academic and research needs of its users. The following are the services provided by the library:
Core Services:

- Research Assistance: Help with research queries, literature searches, and referencing.
- Information Literacy Training: Workshops for postgraduate students on database searching, citation management, and academic writing.
- Provide access to E-Resources: Online databases, journals, and e-books.
Digital Services:
- Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC): Search and retrieve of library materials.
- E-journal and E-Book Collections: Access to digital journals and books.
- Database Subscriptions: EBSCO, Emerald, JSTOR, ProQuest, and more.
- Digital Repository: Access to UNZA theses, dissertations, and research outputs.
